Shipping & Handling

We have a 24-48 hour business processing time for all orders.  After the processing time period, an email or text SMS with tracking will automatically be sent to you by USPS. All shipping transit times are an estimate delivery time and are not guaranteed. Due to high order volumes from us and USPS we take in consideration shipping time could take longer. Tracking information may not be updated until the package has reached your local USPS faciality. Errors and delayed caused by USPS are not in responsibility to DirectedDelta and must be resolved by contacting USPS.
